At Pahare Fashion, we take pride in delivering quality products inspired by mountain culture. Every order is checked before dispatch. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only. Refunds are not provided.

You are eligible for an exchange if:

  • You receive the wrong size

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • You receive an incorrect product

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • The product must be in original condition

Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept exchanges or returns for:

  • Damage caused by improper use or washing

  • Minor color differences due to screen or lighting variations

  • Incorrect size or design selected by the customer

  • Discounted or sale items (unless defective)

Refund Policy

Pahare Fashion does not offer refunds.
All approved cases are handled through product exchange only.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, store credit may be provided at our discretion.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  2. Share your order details and clear product images

  3. Once approved, we will guide you through the exchange process

Shipping charges may apply unless the issue is due to our error.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refusal to accept delivery without a valid reason may affect future COD eligibility.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We will ensure a fair and quick resolution.
